House On Howland Road One of State’s Oldest

 The oldest house in Kent County sits at 125 Howland Road in East Greenwich. Built in 1679 by Clement Weaver, it is the only remaining house in the area built before 1700. At 330 years old, and with only six owners, so far, it provides a warm and comfortable home today for Larry Schneider and Deborah Colasanti.
